*Lip Lift is recommended for patients whose top lip covers the upper teeth when smiling. Discuss this with Dr. Lev at your consult.
**One ampule of Perfectha will be enough to fill in the laugh lines around the mouth.
Please let Dr. Lev know if you would like him to administer Botox or Perfectha during your surgery.
PLEASE NOTE: All patients having their surgery at the Cima Hospital will have a private duty english speaking nurse who will stay with you in your hospital room overnight the day of your surgery. He or she will be with you for a 12 hour shift beginning at 6 pm the day of surgery and ending at 6 am the morning after. The cost of the private duty nurse is $150 and must be paid at the same time you pay his fee at your consultation. Make your payment to Dr. Lev either in cash or a bank drawn made out to DR. ALEJANDRO LEV. Dr. Lev will pay the nurse on your behalf.
The Cima Hospital accepts all major credit cards for payment of your hospital bill.
