The following is a list of Dr. Lev's procedures and fees. Dr. Lev's fees include Anesthesiologist's fee.

For an overnight stay in the Hospital, as indicated by an "(H)" there will be an approximate $3000 charge in addition to the doctor's fee depending on how long you use the O.R., etc. The price is a combination of the time spent in the O.R. plus around $200 for the actual overnight stay in a private room.

Also, for overnight Cima Hospital patients, an english-speaking private duty nurse (12 hour overnight shift)   will be available to you for an extra $175 charge which will be included in your hospital bill. You must make sure to "request" a private duty nurse upon your registration at the hospital the morning of your surgery as a procedural requirement, but your private duty nurse will have already been booked for you in advance.

For outpatient procedures, as indicated by "(O.P.)" the charge for use of the operating facility and recovery room will be from $800 - $1500 in addition to the doctor's fee also dependent on how long the O.R. is used for your procedure.The Hospital Cima ONLY accepts credit cards as the method of payment. They DO NOT accept traveller's checks, bank or cashier's checks or cash.

ATTENTION PATIENTS HAVING EYELID SURGERY ONLY. Eyelid surgery only patients please note that Dr. Lev prefers to do eyelid surgery at the Santa Lucia Clinic. The clinic charges about $200 less than at the Cima Hospital so you will save a little. So unless you specifically request that your eyelid surgery be done at the Cima Hospital, you are most likely to have your eyelid surgery done at the Santa Lucia Clinic.
