I had Nose surgery performed in April of 2009 at Cima Hospital with the master of plastic surgery, Dr. Alejandro Lev in Costa Rica. I found out about Dr. Lev from the dentists that I work for,Dr. Rubinstein and Dr. Cordero, and they told me that if I want to have it done, you must go to the best. After seeing Dr. Lev's work in many patients as well as their two daughters, I new I found the right surgeon for me! This is a before photo (a) taken right before going into surgery at Hospital Cima. What lovely scrubs...right? I thought they were darling! Here you can see my UGLY nose and how much girth it had. Glad thats all gone!

You can´t really see it that well, but on this side (b) is where I injured my nose. If you look really close, you will see the bruised area right around where glasses should lay. Plus my nose had a pretty big hump to it as well, as you can kind of see in the photo.
